Private 1-on-1 Karate Training

Adults and serious students who want focused, individual instruction.
What you'll learn
Shotokan basics (kihon), kata, kumite drills, conditioning, and personal goal work.
Recommended frequency
1–2 sessions per week recommended.

Teen Confidence & Discipline Training

Who it's for
Teens and pre-teens whose parents want structure, focus, and confidence.
What you'll learn
Stances, basics, controlled drills, respect and etiquette, and steady progress markers.
Recommended frequency
1–2 sessions per week recommended.

Practical Self-Defense Fundamentals

Who it's for
Adults seeking realistic, calm, repeatable self-defense skills.
What you'll learn
Awareness, distance, blocks, strikes, escapes, and scenario-based practice.
Recommended frequency
Weekly or bi-weekly.

Semi-Private Small Group Training

Who it's for
Friends, colleagues, or family members training together (2–5 people).
What you'll learn
Same Shotokan curriculum, adapted to the group's pace and shared goals.
Recommended frequency
1 session per week.

Parent + Teen / Family Training

Who it's for
Parents and teens (or full families) who want to train together.
What you'll learn
Foundational karate together — basics, partner drills, and shared progression.
Recommended frequency
Weekly.
